The videos are in Apple "QuickTime" format, using various compressions.
The smaller video is 3 megs and will take
about 10 minutes to download over a phone modem-line;
the larger one is about 10 megs.
(Of course, on a high speed connection, things will go much faster).
To view the video, you may need a copy of the QuickTime viewer.
