Ch 4, on Wed, 19-Nov-2003-2003, ran a story about the physical plant problems with EMS stations, including citations by the NYS Dep't of Buildings.

I've made copies of the broadcast and put them on the webserver.

The audio is a 850k "mp3" file, and should take about three minutes to download over a regular phone line.

The videos are in Apple "QuickTime" format, using various compressions. The smallest video is 2.5 megs and will take about 8 minutes; the middle quality is about 5 meg and will take about 15 minutes; the largest is about 30 megs and will take about 1.5 or even 2 hours.

(Of course, on a high speed connection, things will go much faster, so even the big ones should be ok)
